Kombeara was born in the foothills of the Shehy mountains in West Cork, Ireland. Situated at the unique intersection of forest, ocean, mountains, and the headwaters of the River Lee, we’re nestled in an area rich in history and natural beauty.
We’re inspired by the diverse landscape and vibrant culture that surround us. We find extraordinary balance in all things. An environment that is rugged yet accessible. We understand that being healthy doesn’t mean turning your back on fun. At Kombeara, our goal is to make an exceptional hard beverage that fits into an active and mindful lifestyle. We borrow from centuries of fermentation science to make a traditional alcoholic brew, then infuse it with bold and refreshing flavours to give it our own modern twist. The result is an beautifully invigorating drink.
